What is the difference between an osteopathy table and a standard treatment table?

Osteopathy tables put stability and practitioner access first. The Athlegen Osteo MKII has a narrow head section, the ABCO Osteo C has twin columns with no end bounce, and the Healthtec LynX Four and Five Section and SX Manipulation tables add arm rests or a contoured top. Standard treatment tables focus more on patient positioning.

How wide are osteopathy tables?

The Athlegen Osteo Basic, XL and MKII come in 550, 610 or 660mm widths. The ABCO Osteo C is 600mm wide, the Healthtec LynX tables are 610mm with 660, 710 and 760mm options, and the SX Manipulation table is 710mm. Narrower tables let you reach across more easily.

What height range do osteopathy tables have?

The Athlegen Osteo tables adjust from 468 to 955mm, and the Healthtec LynX and SX tables from 450 to 950mm. The ABCO Osteo C adjusts from 500 to 900mm.

How much weight can an osteopathy table hold?

Healthtec LynX and SX tables lift 250kg and hold 400kg static. The ABCO Osteo C lifts 300kg and holds 600kg static, and the Athlegen Osteo tables have a 220kg safe working load. If you need more, see our bariatric tables.

Are there portable osteopathic tables?

Our osteopathy tables are electric stationary tables. The Healthtec LynX has locking castors, the Athlegen Osteo tables have concealed in-line wheels and the ABCO Osteo C has retractable castors. For folding tables, see our portable massage tables.

What warranty do osteopathy tables have?

Healthtec LynX and SX tables carry 10 years structural, 5 years motor and 3 years upholstery. Athlegen Osteo Basic, XL and MKII carry 15 years structural, 10 years motor and 5 years hardware. ABCO Osteo C carries 5 years, parts only.

How long does delivery take?

All osteopathy tables are made to order and arrive 4 to 6 weeks after you order. This covers the Athlegen Osteo range, the Healthtec LynX and SX tables and the ABCO Osteo C.

Can I return a table if I change my mind?

Yes, within 30 days of receiving it. You pay return freight and the table must arrive like new in its original packaging. Some products have different terms.
