We check our pricing against the Australian market regularly. If you find an identical product cheaper, we'll match it.
To qualify:
- The competitor must be an Australian retailer with local stock, GST-inclusive pricing, and standard local warranty and support. We don't match marketplace listings, overseas sellers, or dropshippers.
- Same brand, model, and specification - not a "similar" or generic equivalent.
- The competitor's price must be current and publicly listed. Clearance, EOFY, and one-off flash sale prices don't qualify.
