Tilts to 80° so patients can walk on and off, not just lie flat or stand - meet the ABCO Dual Action Tilt Table with Backrest

Some patients don't need a progressive sliding transition, they need a table that safely tilts them upright so they can walk off under their own power.

The table top tilts to 80 degrees, letting patients safely walk on and off if appropriate, with the help of an adjustable angle foot plate.

This table builds on the success of a popular model available since 1997, a proven design rather than a new one.

ABCO Dual Action Tilt Table with Backrest built to hold up in daily practice use

The long cut-out in the leg area allows for individual strapping of the legs, with a set of three patient straps included.

155mm of clearance below the frame allows easy transfers from a wheelchair, bed, or hoist.

The backrest returns to flat as the table tilts past 30°, a built-in safety behaviour during the tilt sequence.

What you actually need to know about the ABCO Dual Action Tilt Table with Backrest before ordering

How is this different from the ABCO Dynamic Sliding Top Tilt Table?
The Dynamic table adds a sliding seat and independently adjustable twin foot section for progressive weight-bearing rehab. This Dual Action table is a simpler two-section design built for patients who can walk on and off once tilted, without needing that gradual sliding transition, at a lower price.

Do we need the Stronger/Faster tilting capacity upgrade?
Standard is 200kg at 30 seconds. The Stronger/Faster option (+$2,490) increases this to 350kg at 12 seconds, worth it if your patient load or throughput needs the extra speed and capacity.

How long will this actually take to arrive?
This model is made to order in 4 to 6 weeks. If existing stock is available, orders ship in 2 to 3 days instead, confirm current stock status before ordering if timing matters.

What accessories are actually available?
A Linak double foot control assembly (+$354.20) or an FS3 foot control (3 function, +$379.50) both add hands-free or dual-sided control. A split strap set (+$630.00) allows independent leg strapping. An adjustable work surface (+$760.00) adds a 710mm wide tray table. Torso wedges (+$280.00 per side) enhance patient alignment.

What's the warranty and support process if something goes wrong?
5 years warranty, parts only. Designed and manufactured in Australia.

Product Info

Introducing the ABCO Dual Action Tilt Table with Backrest, designed and manufactured in Australia with a 5-year warranty. This table builds on the success of our popular model available since 1997. With its twin column lift, it offers powerful lifting without lengthwise movement during height adjustment, ensuring safety with fewer moving parts where hands or limbs could be crushed.

The table is perfect for easy transfers from a wheelchair, bed, or hoist, thanks to its 155mm clearance below the frame. Carers can adjust the working height to their preferred level, up to 750 or 990mm, using the hand control. The long cut-out in the leg area allows for individual strapping of the legs, and a set of three patient straps is included.

The table top tilts to 80 degrees, allowing patients to safely walk on and off if appropriate, with the help of an adjustable angle foot plate. Two angle indicators on either side of the table are standard. With a lifting capacity of over 350kg and a tilting capacity of 200kg, which can be optionally increased to over 350kg, this table is robust and reliable.

Standard features include a height range of 520 to 750mm, fast or slow tilting speed with 'soft-stops', hand control, adjustable angle twin foot plate, set of three patient straps, and tilt angle indicators on both sides. Trusted Delivery

At CORE Clinical, we believe shipping should never be a barrier to getting the equipment your clinic or rehab facility needs. That's why we subsidise a large portion of freight costs to keep delivery fair, transparent, and competitive.

Freight costs are calculated in real time based on your delivery location and order weight. You can check your exact freight cost before purchasing directly on any product page or in your cart - simply enter your postcode to receive an accurate delivery estimate based on your order.

When Custom Freight Pricing May Apply

While our live freight pricing covers the majority of orders, certain orders require custom freight assessment due to carrier-imposed surcharges or delivery requirements.

Custom freight pricing may apply in cases including but not limited to:

  • Remote or limited-access delivery locations
  • Multi-unit bulk commercial orders
  • Palletised freight requirements
  • Oversized, overweight, or unusually configured products and shipments
  • Large quantities of the same product, for example 4 or more treatment tables
  • Commercial premises requiring tail-lift or special access handling

If your order falls into one of the above categories, our team will review it prior to dispatch and contact you if a freight adjustment is necessary. No order will proceed with revised freight costs without your approval. You may choose to proceed, arrange your own freight, or cancel the order for a full refund prior to dispatch.

If you would like complete certainty before placing your order, we encourage you to request a freight confirmation or formal quote. Our team will provide an accurate shipping total before you commit to purchase.

Commercial & Bulk Orders

For larger commercial fit-outs or bulk purchases, we strongly recommend requesting a formal quote prior to checkout so we can provide:

  • Accurate freight pricing

  • Lead times

  • Delivery coordination

  • Assembly requirements where applicable

Quoted freight pricing may differ from standard retail flat rates depending on volume, pallet configuration, access conditions, and carrier requirements.

Why Our Policy Is Fair

  • We do not inflate carrier pricing.

  • We review freight conditions before dispatch.

  • You always retain the option to proceed, arrange your own freight, or cancel.

Our goal is transparency and fairness, not surprise costs.
